On November 20, 2025, Hu Songxiao, Deputy Director of the Wenzhou Municipal Bureau
of Commerce, led a team to conduct enterprise research in Wencheng County, accompanied by Wu Jun, Director of the
Wencheng County Bureau of Economic and Information Technology, and other officials. In the afternoon of
November 20, they visited Zhejiang Decca Company to conduct on-site inspections to empower the
company's high-quality development.
The research team first entered the exhibition hall of Deka Company and, under the guidance of
the company's general manager, visited the area showcasing the company's development history, achievements,
and honor wall. From its inception to deep industry penetration, from core technology research and
development to market expansion, old photos, product samples, and awards such as the
National High-tech Enterprise Certificate visually demonstrate Deka's accumulation and strength.
Subsequently, the research team delved into the production workshop to conduct an on-site
inspection of the enterprise's production and operation. Deputy Director Hu Songxiao and his delegation
stopped at key production links, observed workers' on-site operations, inquired in detail about production
processes and other procedures, and engaged in immediate communication with the general manager.
They exchanged views and discussed solutions to the difficulties faced by the enterprise's development,
closely experiencing the style of Deka.
This investigation comprehensively grasped the actual situation of the enterprise through
the pragmatic approach of "visiting exhibition halls, entering workshops, and solving problems".
Deputy Director Hu Songxiao stated that the Municipal Bureau of Commerce will continue to optimize
